Business Continuation Plan Disclosure
Belsen Getty, LLC has corporate policies and procedures in place which strive to provide assurance and confidence that business continuity and contingency plans are adequate to support an unexpected disruption of our critical systems and facilities.
The following business continuity control practices are in place:
- A recovery plan designed to restore the Belsen Getty work environment, including alternative work spaces and back-up computer systems.
- The recovery plan is subject to annual testing.
- The recovery test utilizes off-site copies of data, applications and system software.
- Material identified as necessary to resume operations is stored at the off-site location.
We have back-up policies, procedures and processes in place designed to handle recovery activities with minimal interruption in service if a critical system failure should occur. Precautionary measures include the back-up and storage of critical data files on a daily basis on two independent media. Critical back-up tapes are then removed from the primary production site and stored in an off-site location on a daily basis.
The recovery plan addresses events ranging from small events to regional crises. Such events would include damage or unavailability of our office space, individual computer systems, and account documents, as well as more widespread disruptions which affect both our staff and facilities/systems. Belsen Getty will endeavor to continue business on behalf of its clients on that same business day during any and all events, recognizing that service may be impacted for longer periods depending upon the seriousness of the event.

The business continuity plan of Belsen Getty is subject to modification without notice. Updates will be posted to www.belsengetty.com and clients may request this information by contacting the phone number above.

In addition, in that Belsen Getty is dependent upon various public and industry infrastructures (e.g., transportation, telecommunications, exchanges, industry utilities, etc.), our ability to implement this plan may be impacted by issues with these infrastructures.
In this notice, the phrase “Third party” refers to any organization that is not an affiliate of Belsen Getty. The words “we” or “our” refer to Belsen Getty, LLC and it’s parent company Prime Resource, Inc.
